Dr Sahoo, MD, has put in more than 35 years of service in Medicaland Health Services. He started his career with VSS Medical college,Burla as a Resident in Surgery. Thereafter, served Mulchand Hospital,New Delhi as Resident in General Surgery followed by residency inCTVS at AIIMS and in Anesthesia at Safderjung Hospitals, New Delhi.He finally joined Govt. of Odisha and served for more than threedecades at various Government Hospitals and retired as MedicineSpecialist. He is continuing as a private Medical Practitioner.

Sidheswar Jena

Head-IT & Strategy

33 years of experience in Information Technology of whch 8 years in Software development/research in IIM Bangalore and National Traffic Planning & Automation Centre and  25 years in Tata Sponge Iron Limited, a subsidiary company of Tata Steel and retired as Head of IT Services. He was responsible for strategizing, architecting, implementing and maintaining IT solutions aligned with corporate goals and creating robust IT architecture and infrastructure. Has expertise in SAP implementation and  TPM and a certified assessor for Tata Business Excellence Model built around Malcom Baldridge Business model. Has passion for continuous process improvements and innovation.

Binod K Mohanty

Associate-HR & IR

36 years of experience in the field of Human Resources and Industrial Relations in reputed organisations such as Tata Steel, Usha Martin and Electro Steels Limited  where from he retired as Chief(HR & IR). Has successfully re-engineered activities pertaining to Corporate Social Responsibility as  special assignment. During his tenure , he has handled various areas of Human Resources , Industrial Relations, Establishment and legal issues. Has extensive experience in handling critical Industrial Relations activities including  Contract Labour management and out sourcing. 

K C Goswami

Associate-Mineral Technology

36 years of experience in Tata Steel and Jindal Stainless Ltd in the field of Geological services involving Exploration and Quality assurance of various minerals such as Iron ore, Managanese , Chromite, fluxes & Nickel including operation of a Chrome ore  Beneficiation plant.  He retired as  Chief-Mineral Technology from Jindal Stainless Limited. He has  also been associated in various  projects out side country such as  Kajakhstan, Iran, Indonesia,Turkey and Bhutan etc. A Six sigma black belt designate, has worked as a Change Agent, imparting training in new initiatives launched through out Tata Steel, facilitated many improvement projects following new methodology.

H M Panigrahi


32 years of experience  in  Operation/ development of Mines and  project management in reputed organisations such as Uranium Corporation, Tata Steel,  Ispat Group, Adhunik Group, Stemcore Group etc. He has been a key member of the Top Management team in all these  Organisations. Experience also covers development of Green Field Projects and expansion of Brown field projects. Has handled  many improvement initiatives pertaining to TPM, OHSAS, IMS, DUPOINT Safety etc. Has also brief exposure in Coal Mines.

Subhash Chand

Associate Technical

36 years of experience in the field of  Engineering  in various organisations of repute such as Aditya Birla Group, Pyrites , Phosphates and Chemicals Limited(Govt. of India undertaking), Malbika Steel, Nilachal Ispat Nigam, Sona Alloys Ltd, VISA Steels Ltd and Ispat Group. He retired as Head-Engineering from Ispat Group looking after both domestic and Over seas plant. During this 36 years of experience he has handled Mechanical, Electrical & Automation, Civil, Design and drawing, Project planning & management functions

R C Behera

Associate -Labour Laws and Compliance

27 years of experience in the Labour Directorate of Govt. of Odisha. Retired as District Labour Officer. During this period he has  successfully handled many large and medium scale industries in Odisha apart from commercial establishments on labour law, Statutory compliance and industrial relations matter.

M N Sahoo

Finance, Accounts & IT

35 years of experience in the field of Finance and Accounts in various reputed organisations such as TataSteel, Coal India, OMC Alloys and finally Visa Steel wherefrom he retired as Senior Vice President. MrSahoo is a Fellow Member of the “Institute of Costs and Accountants of India” and MBA(one year Executiveprogram) from IIM, Kolkata. He has rich experience in Steel, Ferro Alloys  and mining Industries and hasworked closely  with M/s Makcnsey, M/s PWC and M/s Gartner, world repute consultants, in the areas of costreduction, manpower rationalisation and optimisation of IT infrastructure during his long years of associationwith Tata Steel. He has travelled extensively in and outside India, for attending different training program,conferences and seminars. Sri Sahoo has been nominated as an esteem member of the State levelRegional Advisory Board of Central Excise, Custom and service Tax, Odisha for three years consecutively. Hewas the member of Taxation and Economic Affairs Committee of CII Odisha Chapter.
